Flash Pro 10 is a free reaction and cognitive training tool for soccer. It is provided "as is" and "as available". We may add, change, or discontinue features at any time.
An account is optional and is created via Google sign-in solely to sync your data across devices. You are responsible for maintaining the security of the Google account you use to sign in.
Flash Pro 10 supports physical training drills. You are responsible for training safely: warm up appropriately, use suitable space and equipment, and stop if you feel unwell. The app does not provide medical advice. Consult a qualified professional before starting any new training program.
The app, its content, design, and branding are owned by Aedifex Solutions and its licensors. Your own presets and history remain yours.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app is provided without warranties of any kind, and Aedifex Solutions is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including any loss of data or injury sustained during training.
We may update these terms; the "last updated" date above will change accordingly. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
