Colors — tap to change · label = spoken command
Minimum 2. A label under a chip (e.g. “turn”, “sprint”) is what the voice says for that color — that turns a color drill into a command drill.
Options
Voice cues free the eyes: the player keeps their head up and the ball at their feet instead of staring at a phone. “Voice only” blanks the screen entirely — pure auditory reaction, closest to hearing a teammate’s call.
One color means “do nothing”. This trains inhibition — resisting the urge to react — the same skill as not biting on a feint. Expect mistakes early; that’s the point.
“Ink color” is the classic (harder) rule: the word RED written in blue means react to blue. Switching the rule mid-session forces re-learning under fatigue.
The voice reads the (wrong) word while the eyes must follow the ink — a second conflicting channel, like a crowd or an opponent shouting.
Sets which channel is “the coach” and which is noise. Flip it between rounds so filtering, not habit, is what’s trained. About 30% of cues agree on purpose — so you can’t just always assume conflict.
4
3–4 for kids and warm-ups; 5+ genuinely loads working memory. If they never fail, it’s too short.
8s
How long the player has to run the memorized pattern through the gates before the check screen appears. Shorten it to add time pressure.
10
10 is a solid baseline block. Reaction time degrades with fatigue — comparing a fresh block vs. one after sprints is itself useful data.
At random moments a beep + “check!” fires; the player must shoulder-check before the next touch. Cheap habit-builder for scanning — elite midfielders scan 6+ times per 10 seconds.
Cue timing
Fixed intervals let players find a rhythm — good for learning a new drill. Random intervals kill anticipation, which is what reaction training is actually about. Graduate to random.
1.5s
Session
Continuous runs forever until you tap to stop — good for station work. Intervals (e.g. 20s work / 40s rest × 8) match speed-endurance training: quality reps, real recovery, audible go/rest cues so nobody watches the clock.

About

Flash Pro 10 is a reaction and cognitive training tool for soccer. Full-screen color flashes and spoken commands drive the classic loop that every drill is built on: perceive → decide → move.

It runs entirely in your browser, works offline, and is free to use.

Privacy

Flash Pro 10 stores your presets and reaction-time history on your own device (in your browser's local storage). Nothing is uploaded anywhere.

We don't use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies. There are no accounts yet, so there is nothing to sign in to and no personal data to collect.

Clearing your browser data removes everything Flash Pro 10 has saved.
