Flash Pro 10

Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 3, 2026

Flash Pro 10 ("the app", "we") is a reaction and cognitive training tool for soccer, operated by Aedifex Solutions. This policy explains what data the app handles and why. In short: Flash Pro 10 has no backend and no user accounts. The app works fully without signing in and stores your data only on your own device; signing in adds nothing automatic — it only authorizes an optional, manual backup you trigger yourself.

Data stored on your device

By default, everything you create — saved drill presets, session plans, favorites, recently-used drills, and your reaction-time history — is stored locally in your browser (via localStorage). This data never leaves your device unless you explicitly choose to back it up (see below).

Optional Google sign-in — for a manual backup only

Signing in is optional and does not sync anything automatically. We use Google Identity Services; when you sign in, Google provides a signed token containing your Google account ID, email address, and (if available) your name and profile picture, used only to show you're signed in. We do not receive your Google password.

Signing in exists for one purpose: to authorize Google Drive backup, a feature you trigger by hand from the account page ("Backup now," "Restore," "Download," or "Delete backup"). It writes a single file to your own Google Drive, in the app-specific hidden storage area Google grants each app (not your visible Drive folder, and no other app can read it). Nothing is backed up unless you tap the button — there is no background or automatic sync. Your device-only settings (theme, high contrast, recent drills, this device's audio/haptics preferences) are deliberately excluded from the backup, since restoring them onto a different device wouldn't make sense.

We do not operate a server that stores your data. There is no Flash Pro 10 database — your backup lives in your own Google Drive, under your own Google account, governed by Google's terms, not ours.

Optional feedback form

If you use the in-app feedback form, your name, email, message, and chosen category are sent to Web3Forms, a third-party form-relay service, which forwards the message to our private inbox. Web3Forms never becomes our recipient — it forwards to us server-side; we retain the message to respond to you.

Optional analytics

On the production site only (never in development, testing, or preview builds, and never for automated/bot traffic), we use Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate usage — which pages are visited, roughly how much, from where. Analytics never receives your training data: not your drill history, reaction-time measurements, saved presets/plans, feedback content, or anything from a Google Drive backup. See Google's Privacy Policy for how Google Analytics itself handles data.

What we do not do

Third-party services

Retention and deletion

Children

Flash Pro 10 is a general-audience training tool typically used by players, parents, and coaches. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children beyond the limited account data described above, and only when a user chooses to sign in.

Changes

We may update this policy; the "last updated" date above will change accordingly.
